No, accreditation is awarded to a service.
If a service changes organisations, a new registration and assessment will be required.
If a service changes their service setup, eg merges with another service, they will need to have a triggered assessment.
If there are changes to a service's PR site(s) where patients are seen, it is the service's responsibility to notify us immediately.
