Accredited services must complete a reaccreditation assessment every five years following their first site assessment to maintain accreditation.
The reaccrediation is due on the same date that matches your service’s accreditation anniversary date. It will open for completion six months before the due date. Your service must complete a self-assessment and request an onsite assessment fourteen weeks before this date.
