The cost of an assessment is covered in the annual subscription (link to subscription information). The only cost for the service on the site assessment day, is tea/ coffee refreshment and lunch for the assessment team. A further subscription may be payable if a service requires a bespoke assessment, or if a service cancels an assessment within 4 weeks of the agreed date.

You will receive a provisional outcome in your feedback meeting on your site assessment day, this will be subject to quality assurance.
