In domain 3, it states that patients should be in receipt of PR within 90 days (30 days after hopsital admission), is the 90 days receipt the assessment or session one of pulmonary rehabiltiation programme?

The 90 days starts from the receipt of the patient's referral to the patient starting their first PR class- not the assessment. This is an NRAP KPI (not a PRSAS specific one).
