Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that PR services have had to change and adapt the way that they run their services. This has ultimately meant that services who have registered for PRSAS may not be as far along the accreditation journey as they may have anticipated. 

We have recognised the need for us to develop a plan to help services through the accreditation pathway and to ensure the correct support is available in order for services to feel confident to submit their self-assessments. 

This survey is intended for PR services who are already registered with PRSAS. Each service only needs to complete this once.

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and will help us identify the obstacles that PR services are facing in regards to PRSAS and ways we can adapt and modernise our ways of working in the future.
